Well, picking the Away teams didn't work as a strategy, so this week I'm picking only the home teams, starting with: Cleveland. I feel nervous about this pick, because Buffalo regards Cleveland as just part of their backyard, and it doesn't get much more 'at home' than that. Since picking away teams didn't work last week, this week is all about the home team. Cincy (2-2) over the Pats (4-0), because I'm convinced my new strategy is awesome. Packers over Lions, because Detroit hasn't won in GB in forever. Go kitties! Seahawks over Colts because last week proved the Seahawks are at home damn near anywhere. Fins wins at home. All the Chicago jazz makes the Saints think they are at home, and they win too. the Giants aren't at home anywhere, this season, Philly wins. the Chiefs are giving up over 5 yards per carry, which is why the Tuxedos will win, even with their starting QB staying home. Rams win at home, losing their shot at a top 5 draft pick. Cardinals win at home. Peyton Manning is at home on any football field; Denver wins. the Texans couldn't win last week at home, and they don't win this week on the road. 9ers get it done. Don't let anyone kid you, Oakland is scary in the dark. In October. Especially if you are a scared-of-winning Raiduh. Chargers win on the road. I should feel better about this pick, but I rarely pick well against Oakland. Atlanta wins at home. If I forgot any other games, flip a coin... and pick the Home team.
