The Carolina Panthers will pack last in the first round. "Sweet Caroline" will be played after the game. Cam Newton will say that he is going to Disneyland. Mel Kiper Jr will have his last day off until May 1. That email was SUPPOSED to say, "...will pick last in the first...," which would have implied that the Panthers will win, which was the whole point of the email. I'd say, "stupid autocorrect," but an interface which doesn't just autocorrect but tries to determine: "hey, the user typed the word 'blah', which the user spelled correctly, but they probably meant to type 'blab' or 'bale' or [whatever] and I think I'll change the user's input so it matches the word this interface has determined is their most likely choice" isn't strictly an autocorrect, but something far more vile. I hate programmers who think they know better than I what I intended to write, and I suspect they will be among the first against the wall when the revolution comes.
