Well, my gut says the Vikings and the Jaguars are going to win.  Defense, as they say, wins championships.  But I can't tell if my gut really believes this or if I just want, so badly, for New England to not be in ANOTHER Super Bowl, and for the Vikings to get another shot at one.  So, instead of going with my gut, 

Iggles win.

Pats win.



Although the fun thought, for me, is that if my gut is really right, and the Super Bowl is Vikes vs. Jags, we might get lucky enough to see a Super Bowl with a final score of 5-to-4 !!!   Imagine, a Super Bowl in which the winner has a field goal and a safety, and the loser only managed to get 2 safeties.  Of course, after such a defensive slug-fest, the NFL would feel the need to put in even more "offense-friendly" rule changes, so it is probably good that it won't happen.  But a boy can dream, ya know?
