The Pats are tough at home, but this year's Pats are not as tough as in past years. These Chargers? They won a "home" game in London and every away game they played this season - EXCEPT an away game vs. the L.A. Rams down the street. In short, every time the Bolts have had to fly to play an opponent this season, they have won. 8-0. They are better on the road than at home. Still, New England in winter isn't tons of fun for folks from Southern Cal, so who knows? Iggles-v-Aints? The Aints are really tough at home, too, probably tougher than the Pats are at home. So this one is a slam dunk. Except that the Iggles won it all last year with Nick Foles, his record this time of year is actually pretty solid, they relish being underdogs, and they seem to have regained their mojo/are peaking at the right time. So who knows? 'boys at the Rams? The LA Rams look better in almost every way, except... the Rams are terrible at stopping the run this season, and Dallas has the best RB in the league (this season). Also, the Rams' RB is hurt, and the team has lost 2 of its last 4 games... definitely _Not_ peaking at the right time. The Rams should win, but who knows? Colts-v-Chefs? The Colts are another team that has been playing better late in the season, so much so that some folks are saying that they are the "hottest" team in the playoffs. Andrew Luck has thrown more TD passes than any QB - except KC's Patrick Mahomes, who has thrown 50! 50!! Which is 11 more than Luck. The KC offense can outscore damn near anyone! Which is really important because the KC defense hasn't been able to stop other teams from scoring. This season they gave up 43 to New England, 54 to the Rams, 29 to the Chargers, and 38 to Seattle. Those were all losses... to playoff-caliber teams. And of course, history buffs will point out that the Chefs have lost their last 6 home playoff games... you have to go back to a 1993 overtime win against the Steelers to find them coming out on top in a home playoff game. So who knows? For all these impossible-to-pick games? That's right. Flip a coin and take the home team. Pats (Go San Diego Super-Chargers!! This is your year!!!!) Aints. (go somebody) Rams. (go Dallas. ho hum.) Chefs. (go Colts, go!! See Colts go.)
